• Regular-priced items and clearance items are generally not eligible for return unless there is a defect or damage to the product itself.
• Returned items must be in new condition, with all original tags, packaging, hangtags, and accessories intact.
• Jewelry must be returned in its original new and complete condition. Worn jewelry will not be accepted for return.
• Exchange for other items is available within 7 days.

International orders are currently not eligible for returns or exchanges.
